Hmmm...not quite sure where to start? Not to worry. We've got you. With this entry-level package, we'll take a look behind the curtain to see what you've got started, but maybe not quite finished yet. We'll review it all and provide a high-level report that will identify what you need to do next.  Here's what this 'bronze level' package can offer...

  •  a 1.5 hour kick-off meeting (zoom or in-person) to discuss what’s working and what’s not; who your competition is; and, what your vision and goals are for your business over the next year.

  • review the content of your existing collateral materials (brochures, pamphlets, press releases, speeches etc.) or whatever you've got

  • review and provide comments on your existing websites, paying particular attention to user-friendliness, key messages, tone, voice, consistency and accuracy

  • research and provide feedback on your competitors and what they're doing or not doing

  • review your social media channels for engagement and activity

  • provide a high-level report summarizing findings and providing recommendations for next steps

  • 10 hours of work.  Any additional hours or resources required will be charged separately  with the client’s approval and in addition to the monthly fee. 



At this point, you know that you need some ongoing help, but you're not quite sure where to begin and what to start on first. This is where we come in. We'll work with your team (or just you!) to ensure you know what we're up to and that we're meeting your expectations and goals. We'll create a strategic communication plan that will serve as your 'road map' for the next year. You'll be able to see where you're going and how all the moving parts will fit together. Here's what this 'silver level' package includes...


  • a 1.5 hour in-depth kick-off meeting (zoom or in-person)

  • identify any gaps, errors, and provide verbal recommendations to the client on your existing communications strategy plan

  • review tools and tactics for appropriateness and practicality

  • identify and prioritize the recommended tools and tactics

  • develop a strategic communications plan (if you don't have one already) that captures key messages, strategy, objectives, goals, tools and tactics, and measurement

  • identify the top three key strategic areas, within the plan, to focus on (social media, media relations, speaking engagements or events, to name a few...)

  • engage resources, if required  (i.e. web designer, videographer, photographer etc.). Additional expenses may be required

  • provide weekly updates to the client

  • provide coaching and mentoring, as needed

  • 20 hours per month.  Any additional hours or resources required will be charged separately with the client’s approval and in addition to the monthly fee.  



Sometimes, you just don't have the time or the interest to do what we love to do. And, that's okay. Not everyone gets excited about this kind of stuff. With this 'gold level' package, we'll just do it all for you. Imagine that? Your own personal communications team available to you for one monthly fee. It's one less thing that you need to worry about and you know it will get done better than ever! Here's what this 'gold package' can offer you....

  • unlimited and exclusive access via text, email or cell to the most senior communications professional at Catchphrase with 25 years’ experience. Access is available primarily during normal business hours, five days a week from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. After hours, within reason, is also available.

  • provide full-service communications/public relations assistance and become your extended communications team

       monitor and responds to crisis’, if they should arise

  • monitor social media and responds to tweets/posts/comments

  • write a weekly blog post based upon agreed editorial calendar, as needed depending on strategy

  • write speeches, presentations, content for collateral materials, advertorials, op-eds, as needed depending on strategy

       research and identify key strategic speaking engagement opportunities, as needed

  • ​provide coaching and media training/preparation, as needed

  • provide mentorship to employees

  • manage, organizes and implements events, from start-to-finish, as required. Event expenses will be in addition to Catchphrase’s fee

  • draft emails to employees, customers, or clients using the same key message, tone and voice

  • measure social media engagement and provide a monthly analytics report

  • access to additional resources and brought in, as a sub-contractor, for one monthly fee as necessary (additional charge)

  • 30 hours per month. Any additional hours or resources required will be charged separately with the client’s approval and in addition to the monthly fee.
