A dynamic and creative communications professional with extensive experience in managing events and successfully executing strategic tactics, Courtney has a strong background in communications and has worked for a variety of companies and organizations.
She has supported online development and social media campaigns: creating content, researching blogs and implementing strategy. This work involved planning, executing and monitoring a robust online presence including website design and maintenance, tracking engagement and analytics and integrating social media.

With events ranging in size from 10 people to nearly 1,000, Courtney flawlessly executes and delivers on the clients vision. She has handled several major fundraisers, as well as, more than 40 outreach engagements in one year. She has also contributed extensively to the development of collateral, including working with and managing third party providers to keep projects on track.
​
In her spare time, Courtney volunteers with the professional association of Young Women in Energy as the Media Relations Lead. She is committed to the Ronald McDonald House where she has served on their fundraising and community engagement committee for four years. And, she uses her social media knowledge and influence to support and advocate for social justice organizations helping refugees and victims of human trafficking.

Courtney has a Certificate of Public Relations from Mount Royal University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria.
